  • Are you a heated studio?

No, we are a non heated Mat Studio.

  • Are you a reformer studio?

No, we are a Mat Pilates & Yoga Studio.  We do have a Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, etc. in our private room for private or duet sessions.

  • Do I have to bring a mat?

We do require a mat to participate in class.  If you do not wish to bring one, no worries, we have them available to rent in studio for $3.  They are wiped down and UV sanitized between each use.  We have yoga towels available to rent as well for $2.

  • Your mats are so cute, where can I get one?

Thank you!  We got them custom made and sell them in studio for $55.

  • Do you have water fountain?

We do not have a water fountain.  Essentia water is available for purchase in studio.

  • Can I pay for my rental in Cash?

No, we are a no cash studio.  Credit cards only. 

Do I wear shoes during class?

No shoes in the main studio please.  Barefoot or socks only. 

Can I take class if I've never done Pilates or Yoga before?

Absolutely.  Everyone has to start somewhere.  We'd love to get you started on your journey.

  • Where are you located exactly?

We are located in Downtown.  We are right over the Brickell Bridge (the North side), half a block from the Downtown Whole Foods.  We are next door to Dumplings Mi Amor, across the street from Chase Bank.

  • Where can I park if I'm driving?

If you are driving, the roads Downtown are mostly one-way roads so be mindful of timing to arrive.  We are attached to a parking garage.  Due to the roads being one way, the garage conveniently has two entrances depending on which way you are coming from.  The garage entrance addresses are 200 SE 1st Street OR 225 SE 2nd St.

  • How much is parking?

We validate your parking tickets if you park in one of the above mentioned garages.  The garage is typically $14/hour.  We can validate for $7 off your first hour.

  • Do you have showers?

We do not have showers.  We do have a bathroom for your convenience.  

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can be found by scrolling to the bottom of our webpage under "Policies".

  • I am going away, can I pause my package?

Our class packages expire in 2 months.  Our contracts are for 3 months.  Unfortunately we do not allow extensions on either.

  • Can I bring my pet to class?

We love our furry friends, but this is time for YOU.  Take advantage of the 50 minutes to connect to yourself. 

Please no pets in the main studio during class.

This is a safe space.  Kindness is free.
