Studio Policies
Expiration Dates
Please note our expiration dates on all packages. All packages are non-refundable.
All Intro Offers expire in 2 weeks from date of purchase. Drop In Class expires in 1 week from date of purchase. 5 Pack, 10 Pack, & 20 Pack expires in 3 months. Our Monthly Unlimited Plan requires a 3-month engagement. It is set to auto-renew every 3 months. To cancel, you must provide written notice to admin@longleanpilates.com 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. 10 Pack of Private sessions expire in 6 months.
Equipment
We are a mat studio. Mats are required for each group class. If you don't want to bring one, no worries, we have them in studio to rent for $3. They are wiped clean and UV sanitized between each use. We also have grip towels available to rent for $2. In the private room grip socks are required.
Minimum Age
You must be 18 years or older to attend classes.
Forms of Payment
We are a cashless studio. We accept credit cards, debit cards & Apple Pay in studio. Members must keep their online account updated with a valid credit card.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the class start time in order to return the class to your account.
Late cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a $10 fee charged to your card on file for all members. The class will be returned to your account for class pack holders.
No Show Policy
For class pack members, if you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be considered used and deducted from your account.
For unlimited members, weekly or monthly and 6 month prepaid members, you will automatically be charged a $20 fee to your card on file.
Returns, Refunds & Transfers
We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class packages, programs, privates, courses, events or merchandise.
All class credits are non transferrable and must be used by the original purchasing client.
