Studio Policies

Expiration Dates

Please note our expiration dates on all packages. All packages are non-refundable.
Each class pack expires in 3 months. All of our Memberships requires a 3-month engagement. After the initial 3 months, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, until you email us to cancel To cancel, you must provide written notice to info@longleanpilates.com at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Equipment

We are a mat-based studio, and a mat is required for all group classes. You’re welcome to bring your own or rent one in studio. All mats are cleaned and UV sanitized between uses.

For heated classes, a full-length towel is required on all mats. You’re welcome to bring your own or rent one in studio. Grip socks are required in the reformer room.

Minimum Age

You must be 16 years or older to attend classes.

Forms of Payment

We are a cashless studio. We accept credit cards, debit cards & Apple Pay in studio. Members must keep their online account updated with a valid credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid fees.

If you cancel within 12 hours of class, a $10 late cancel fee will be automatically charged to your card on file, and the class will be returned to your account.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up to class and fail to cancel in advance, a $20 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your card on file, and the class will be deducted from your account.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, memberships may be canceled with written notice. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted by email at least 7 days prior to your scheduled billing date. Please email info@longleanpilates.com

Returns, Refunds & Transfers

We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class packages, programs, privates, courses, events or merchandise.
All class credits are non transferrable and must be used by the original purchasing client.
