WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
REFORMER FOUNDATIONS
Learn the Reformer from the ground up.: machine setup, spring changes, body positioning, transitions, and how to move through the apparatus with confidence, control, and precision.
EXERCISE LIBRARY & PROGRESSIONS
Study the essential Reformer exercises, variations, and progressions. Understand not just what to teach, but when to teach it, how to build it, and how to make each exercise make sense in the body.
ANATOMY & SAFE MODIFICATION
Learn functional anatomy as it applies to Reformer training, along with how to recognize common movement patterns, offer modifications, and teach safely across a range of bodies and experience levels.
CUEING & HANDS-ON TEACHING
Refine the art of teaching. Learn how to cue clearly, correct effectively, and guide clients through a Reformer session in a way that feels intelligent, seamless, and supportive.
SEQUENCING & CLASS DESIGN
Build Reformer classes that are strong, intentional, and well-layered. Learn how to structure sessions for flow, challenge, and balance without overcomplicating the work.
STUDIO ACCESS & PRACTICE TEACHING
Trainees are given access to our studio space to complete practice teaching hours on the Reformer. This allows you to spend time on the machine, develop your teaching voice, and gain real experience—not just theory.

We don’t believe in logging hours without guidance.

Every 10 hours of practice teaching is followed by a private session with a lead instructor, where you’ll receive direct, honest feedback on your teaching.

You’ll then apply those refinements in your next set of hours creating a continuous cycle of growth.

By the end of the program, you’ll have completed 60 hours of practice teaching and 5 private coaching sessions, ensuring you leave not just certified but capable.

We emphasize real teaching experience so you leave this program not just certified, but confident.
