Christina Donato

Christina learned the true power of Pilates during her certification at Equinox in London. Over the course of her year long training, her chronic lower back pain dissipated, which she never thought possible. Being a success story of the benefits pilates can bring to your body, her passion for it shines through her teaching. She thrives on helping people achieve their optimal mobility. She loves staying true to the method the way Joseph Pilates created it himself, but also loves to get a good sweat in when she needs something more athletic. That's the beauty of pilates. It can be restorative as well as strengthening.

Siobhan Kennedy

Siobhan is a true success story of how the power of Pilates is life changing.  

Siobhan was told she needed double knee surgery 6 months apart at 19 years old due to torn meniscus in both knees.  After her first surgery on one knee, her physical therapist recommended pilates as part of her rehab.  Within 6 months of practicing pilates, not only did the pain go away in both knees, she noticed a physical change in her body as a whole, which is where her passion for pilates began.   Now, 22 years later, she has built a career and her life around pilates, and still has yet to need that second surgery on her other knee.

Jamie is a dedicated Pilates instructor since 2020, originally from San Francisco and now making waves in Miami.  With a classical Mat Pilates certification from Power Pilates, Jamie seamlessly blends her background as a professional dancer and magician assistant into her teaching style.  Emphasizing a comprehensive perspective, her classes go beyond physical exercise offering a unique insight into the training methods of dancers.  Jamie's goal is to leave her students feeling both physically empowered and mentally invigorated, ready to tackle the day with newfound confidence and vitality.  Join her dynamic Pilates sessions for a transformative experience where each movement becomes an art form.

Audrey obtained her Pilates Certification through the Club Pilates 500-hour comprehensive course in 2022. She started her Pilates journey in 2016 to cross-train for ballet. Pilates helped her work through and prevent future injuries, gain more mobility, and feel strong. Her love for Pilates and how it made her body feel throughout the years led her to want to help others feel and move to their best ability! She is dedicated to bring passion, elegance, and precision to each class to help you along your Pilates journey!

Meredith found yoga over 10 years ago in an effort to help heal from a sports injury that ended her competitive gymnastics career.  Through that journey she found yoga to be both physically healing and an amazing tool for her to manage stress, prioritize holistic health, and challenge her body in new and creative ways.  Meredith became a certified yoga teacher to share her love of mind body connective movement and create and build community around holistic wellness.  When she's not on the mat, Meredith is an interior designer and loves that she has the opportunity to express her creativity both on and off the mat.

With 7 years of Pilates experience and a background in the military and corporate world, her mission is to help you feel healthy, strong, and connected to your body so you can live life to the fullest!

Off the mat, Demi enjoys Pilates, Barre, cooking, and spoiling her miniature poodle, Penelope. Meet Camimi, a dedicated movement creatrix with a passion for holistic well-being. With over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, pilates, and sound therapy, she seamlessly blends ancient wisdom with modern practices.  Her unique sessions prioritize correct alignment, sculpting not just the body but also the mind.   Camimi is an empowering teacher whose mission is to help women unlock their potential and become a better version of themselves.  In addition to her personal mission, she is the creator of THE TOGETHERNESS PROJECT, a karma project that organizes free weekly wellness events for the Miami community, extending the transformative benefits of mindful movement to all.

Romina began practicing yoga back in 2017 while finishing her University studies.  The physical aspect of yoga served as a launch pad and she quickly fell in love with the practice and aimed to explore many different types of yoga. Graduating with a BA in Finance from FIU, Romina dove straight into the corporate world of Accounting which included long days of stress, anxiety, and back pain from long hours sitting in front of a screen. Yoga was her savior not only physically but now mentally allowing her to clear her mind and ground herself to continue to show up for the next day.  Her love of yoga pushed Romina to pursue her 200-hr yoga teacher training in Orlando, Fl.  Romina enjoys teaching power vinyasa with creative transitions, focusing on strength, stability and alignment. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, using movement and breath work, rest assured you’ll leave feeling transformed in all aspects of the mind, body and spirit.

Melissa began practicing Pilates as a teenager after being diagnosed with scoliosis. She found the practice improved her posture and helped strengthen her muscles—it was love at first plank! After working as a Fitness Editor and content strategist for women’s health and lifestyle brands, she decided to pursue her passion for fitness full-time. She moved from New York to Miami in 2023 and began coaching. Melissa’s enthusiasm for Pilates is apparent in her classes, which combine traditional methods with strength training to sculpt the body with minimal impact on the joints. Her ultimate goal is to help people create balance, strengthen from the inside out, and challenge their bodies in ways they never imagined possible.
