PUPPY PILATES

We are teaming up with Wellness Woofs to bring puppies into our studio in Downtown Miami. Join us for an afternoon of feel-good fitness: 45 minute Pilates class (on the mat close down for optimal kisses & cuddles), followed by a designated 30 minute Puppy Playtime.
All puppies are up for adoption and a portion of the proceeds go to the local rescue we are partnering with for this event. Whether you adopt or not, Puppy Pilates is for a good cause!
